Although we have tried to move the rear association gate every work day for the past 4 years, we have never been able to get that accomplished. We are now excited to confirm that the gate was moved and has been installed on the right of way for the association. Once it has finished settling in place, we will put the padlock back on it. The new code for the lock is 8346 . As you will see, on the side of the gate is a walkway-quad access. That way you can pass without having too open the gate. Eventually, we will have a camera installed to monitor the back gate and pump house. It's important for our association members to help with the security of our neighborhood. When you witness anyone trying to manipulate the gate without the code or is a stranger to you, notify one of the board members so we can check on any problems.
